SenseBot XR

Robotic Arm Teleoperation with SenseGlove VR

In a cutting-edge R&D co-op with TechTics and SenseGlove, we developed an innovative XR application that transforms how users interact with physical robotics. By integrating inverse kinematics (IK) movements into a digital twin environment, our solution enables the real-time control of a robotic arm through intuitive, tele-operated interactions.

Precision Control, Real-Time Feedback

Utilizing SenseGlove’s advanced kinesthetic gloves, the system translates natural hand movements into precise robotic actions. The gloves not only track motion but also provide force and vibrotactile feedback, creating a seamless bridge between the digital and physical worlds. This ensures that every gesture is accurately mirrored by the robotic arm, offering an unprecedented level of control and realism.

A Collaborative Leap in Human-Robot Interaction

Our joint R&D initiative, supported by an MIT subsidy from the Province of South Holland for TechTics and SenseGlove , aims to push the boundaries of human-robot interaction. The project’s goal is to further enhance the BeachBot platform, delivering an immersive and responsive teleoperation experience that paves the way for future innovations in robotics and virtual reality.

Together with TechTics, we are shaping the future of digital-physical integration—where every movement in VR directly influences a real-world robotic counterpart.
